Firstly, start the diluted oil station before starting cone crusher, when the lubrication system is normal,we can start the cone crusher machine,we start the vibrating feeder after waiting for normal commissioning of cone crusher ,When we stop cone crusher working, we should stop feeding raw materials into cone crusher, after the materials are crushed out in the crushing cavity and then we stop cone crusher,finally we terminate the diluted oil station.

 

On the second, Before starting cone crusher diluted oil station, start the corresponding oil water valve and pressure gauge switch, adjust the pressure regulator to give oil pressure within the scope of 0.04 to 0.1 Mpa, the oil temperature should be within 30 to 40 degree centigrade, if the cone crusher diluted oil temperature is too low, we should heat the oil by electric resistance heater.
