How can we do preparation for jaw crusher before start-up jaw crusher in crushing plant? Great Wall Company give the following instructions of jaw crusher operation.
1）Adjust all jaw crusher fasteners firmly.
2）Ensure jaw crusher chamber hasn’t any material and other things.
3）Guarantee the shims of jaw crusher are installed rightly and compactly.
4）Check if jaw crusher safety device is ok or not, if there is any insecurity; clear it as soon as possible.
5）Check if transmission belt is installed right, if there is some attrition, change it in time. Clean belt and wheel if they are dirty.
6）Check if jaw crusher flywheel and groove pulley’s center position are right. The center of flywheel shaft is on same line (180 degrees) with pulley’s shaft center.
7）Check-up the lubrication of jaw crusher bearing, toggle plate and movable jaw, check the contact situation of toggle plates gasket, and check if there is enough lube between toggle plate and toggle plate gasket.
