Rwanda is located in the Eastern part of the Central Africa, there are more and more aggregate demands on the infrastructure construction.One of our customers want to set up CZS cone crusher and jaw crusher for pebble crushing plant to meet the growing construction materials.The required capacity is about 100 ton per hour, and the produced particles should be good shape and high intensity.Therefore Great Wall Company design three crushing stages for 100 t/h pebble crushing plant, they are primary jaw crusher,secondary cone crusher and tertiary sand making machine.
Firstly, Pebble is fed into jaw crusher by GZD850 x 3000 vibrating feeder, which is crushed by PE 500 x 750 jaw crusher in primary crushing process, the discharging granularity is below 100 mm. Secondly,the crushed pebbles are conveyed by B650 belt conveyor and then they are processed by secondary CZS36 cone crusher and tertiary VSI1140 sand making machine. After three crushing stages the pebble particles are less than 30 mm, we could get the required grades through 3YZS1860 vibrating screen.Except for the mentioned equipment,magnetic separator and electric control cabinet are also necessary in Rwanda 100 t/h pebble crushing plant.
