Usage and Application
The High-pressure suspension mill ( TGM Super-Pressure Trapezoid Mill ) is used in the field of mining, building construction, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on. It can grind many non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Moh’s scale less than 9.3 and humidity lower than 6%, such as: limestone, dolomite, calcite, marble, barite, talc, gypsum, medical stone, zeolite, bentonite, kaolin, pyrophylite, shale, violet arenaceous stone, feldspar, quartz, garnet, silicon carbide, bauxite, phosphate ore, manganese ore, coal, coke, carbon black, activated carbon, slag, glass, ceramics, refractory materials and so on. The granularity of end products is adjustable between 0.613-0.033mm.

Features
1. The grinding system is equipped with a spring pressure device, which can increase 800-1200kg grinding pressure and the efficiency of mill is 20-30% higher than that of the ordinary mill under the same power condition.
2. The roller bearing room adopts superimposed multistage seal, greatly improve the service life of bearings.
3. The classifier uses stepless speed changes device, making the end products granularity adjustment conveniently.
4. The main machine and the classifier adopt flexible connection, the damping spring and the sealing belt not only reduce the vibration and noise of the equipment, but also avoid the resonance between the main machine and the classifier.
5. Compact machine structure, small floor area, easy operation.

When the mill is running, The grinding roller and shovel knife rotate synchronously with the main shaft, the grinding roller rolls closely to the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force and friction force . After the materials enter into the main chamber, the blade will carry them to the space between the roller and ring. With the rolling of the mill roller, it is rolled and ground, and the powder after grinding is carried to the classifier by the circulating air of the fan for grading. The rough powder will go back to the chamber for regrinding and the qualified powder will enter the powder collector by the airflow and become end products through the outlet. The air flow passes through the cyclone powder collector and then enters the fan to form a closed-circuit cycle. The residual air generated during the operation of the equipment enters the dust collector through the residual air pipe and then leaves the machine.
