1. By adjusting the special device, it can be freely converted between primary and secondary crusher role, ensuring the unique grain type advantage of impact crusher meanwhile greatly increasing the capacity.
2. Hydraulic lifting device and maintenance hoisting design can quickly finish the replacement of plate hammer and other spare parts, reduce the shutdown and maintenance time, save the maintenance cost.
3. The heavy-duty rotor design is adopted to make it have greater rotational inertia;The wedge block is used to fix plate hammer, this ensures the stability of the rotor under high-speed rotation, and the work is reliable, disassemble is easy; crescent plate hammer can ensure the vertical impact of materials, big impact strength and high crushing efficiency.
4. Choose larger bearing specification and higher bearing capacity; the bearing housing adopts whole cast steel structure which guarantees the complete coordination with crushing frame, increases the radial force of bearing housing, also has a good dustproof and waterproof effect.
5. Automatically adjust the gap between impact rack and plate hammer by hydraulic, effectively reduce the labor intensity, convenient and fast.
