Usage and Application
VSI5X high-efficiency impact crusher is a new generation of fine crushing and shaping equipment developed and produced with the goal of improving crushing efficiency and reducing operation cost. It is mainly used for artificial sand making and stone shaping to produce high-quality sand and gravel aggregate for the construction engineering field.

Features
1. The optimized nozzle structure and the smooth material flow curve design inside the impeller can reduce the material flow resistance, improve material flow volume and crushing ratio, so as to achieve higher efficiency, better grain shape and larger capacity.
2. After partial wear of the surrounding protection plate, it can be used by turning up and down to improve the material utilization rate and the service life of wearing parts; combined hammer head design, only need to replace the worn part of hammer head, reduce the use cost.
3. Adopting rhombic impact block, auxiliary hammer head is added to protect the impeller vertical plate effectively.
4. The frame adopts a new hot riveting process, which enhances structure strength and toughness; the components are made of high chromium iron, high manganese steel and other high quality wear resistant materials, which improves the equipment comprehensive performance and reduces failure rate.
5. Dual oil pump complementary system can ensure the oil supply, so that the equipment operation is safe and reliable; the thin oil lubrication system can reduce the bearing friction, improve service life of the bearing.

The material can enter the rotor directly and be thrown out after centrifugal acceleration, which will collide with the surrounding guard plate and break up. It can also be divided through the material-dividing plate, one is scattered around, the other part enters the rotor and rushes out after acceleration, collides and rubs with the surrounding scattered materials, collides and rebounds with the surrounding guard plate, forming a circular strike. With the progress of crushing, the small materials particles gradually form a material layer curtain around the surrounding protection plate to improve the crushing effect and protect the equipment. The crushed material comes downwards through outlet finally.
