Usage and Application
MTW European Type Grinding Mill is suitable for industries of mining, building materials, metallurgy etc. It can grind various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 6%, such as limestone, feldspar, coal, calcite, talc, barite, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, dolomite, granite, fertilizer, compound fertilizer, kaolin, coke, gypsum, bentonite, quartz sand etc.

After the large bulk materials are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the crushed materials are sent to the hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the main mill grinding chamber for grinding evenly, quantitatively and continuously by the vibrating feeder. The ground materials rise with the airflow of the fan, and are classified by the powder classifier. The materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the large cyclone powder collector through the airflow pipeline, are separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder discharge valve as the finished product powder. The airflow is sucked into the centrifugal induced draft fan from the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone powder collector. The entire airflow system of MTW European type grinding mill is a closed cycle, and it circulates under negative pressure.
